The war against the Dragon continues with the children of the Woman attacking it with spears, stones, a sword and bow and arrow. The iconography is very close to that in the English model with the Dragon and the children of the Woman in almost identical poses with the same weapons. The scene is set against a dull-green diaper ground.
“And the dragon was angry against the woman and went to make (war) with the rest of her seed, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus. And he stood upon the sand of the sea.” (Apoc. 12: 17-18)
